AXON 2 suits for labeling tubes individually as a manual workstation or integrated in sample processing systems. In practice, self-adhesive labels are applied individually to tubes or vials. 1D or 2D encoding enables samples be processed fully automated in transport and filing. Cab Axon 2 Default 300 DPI, with the option for 600 DPI.
Symbols on the control panel support AXON be operated intuitively. Replacing a label roll or a ribbon is no big deal. In cases of cleaning or wear, print rollers and transport rollers are easy to remove using a tool attached. In stand-alone operation, when no PC is connected, variable data are set with a keyboard or a scanner.
Power may be supplied by 110 to 240 VAC voltage or 36 to 60 VDC voltage, 24 VDC on request.
Less than 2-Second label Cycle
A labeling cycle takes less than two seconds. Tubes and vials with or without a closure cap can be inserted by hand or automated by a handling system.
Data Transfer & Lab Information Systems
Our Cab AXON 2 may be integrated in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Data transfer from a PC is possible via interfaces such as RS232, USB, Ethernet, or via WLAN. package.
Print Resolution
Print resolutions of 300 or 600 dpi, a sharp-edge print image and high contrast enable even tiny 2D codes to be verified. Thermal direct and thermal transfer printing are possible.
